Two-part session with Dr. Jeff Sosne from The Children’s Program: Pay Attention to Attention

The ability to direct, sustain and shift attention is a critical life skill.  This two-part workshop provides practical strategies for helping children become more purposeful, productive and present at home and in the classroom.  Learn more about the nature of attention, how to fend off distractions, shift focus and be more mindful.  Motivation and goal setting, two important ingredients of attention and executive function, will be discussed.
